How It Works:

Initial Assessment: I begin by reviewing your medical and personal history to understand your full story. Then, I’ll schedule a time to talk through your top 1–3 symptoms so I can prioritize what’s most important to you. From there, I’ll help determine which labs—if any—are the best fit to uncover the root cause of what’s going on in your body. ​Ongoing Support: Whether you choose a full package or prefer to book sessions individually, you’ll be supported every step of the way. I’ll be here to guide you and will also be available via email between sessions for extra clarity and support. ​Tracking Progress: I’ll consistently monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed to align with how your body is responding and healing.

This program supports both women and men on their journey to better gut health, increased energy, and overall wellness. I don’t diagnose, treat, or cure disease—instead, I guide you in re-balancing the body so it can heal naturally and function at its best! Your packages include four 60 minute total sessions, with the last two being 45‑minute sessions. Payments will be automatically processed through Stripe on the same day each month during your 4 months of care. If you choose either the SILVER or GOLD package, your first  initial consultation is FREE. All you have to pay for is the upfront cost of your labs. This is my way of celebrating you, your body, and your mind for taking powerful steps toward deep healing!  Want to continue after those 4 sessions?
